What Is The Cause Of Greasy Hands After Eating Greasy Foods?

when i eat certain greasy foods,for one that ive proven for sure ,is the mc chicken sandwich,within the hour my hands get greasy and stay that way for hours even if i wash them,sounds crazy but very true.got any answers to that?im 59 and fit,active and have had this happen for at least 10 years.

Hi,

I can understand your concern for greasy hands after eating greasy foods. It is quite surprising to know that you feel greasy hands after eating greasy foods and is practically and medically impossible.

In general it is a perception which can be felt by simple wetting of the hands due to sweating. To reduce the same feeling you can dip your hands in water containing alum in it for 5-10 minutes before eating the greasy foods.

Alternatively you can use a antiperspirant powder before you eat greasy meal.
