What Is The Cause Of Headache And Bump After I Hit My Head Hard On A Desk?

I hit my head hard on the corner of a desk. I was bending over and when I got up quick I hit it. I have a bump right at my hairline on my forehead. My head feels fuzzy inside. I have a dull headache. This happened over 4 hours ago. Should I be worried?

Hiii...

This headache will remain for some time, apply ice locally to the trauma site, and take Paracetamol 1gm max 4 times a day for headache.
Report to ER if you have vomiting more than 2 times, seizures, or Loss of conciousness, feeling drowsy.
