What Is The Cause Of Headache And Movable Lump On The Side Of My Head Which Got Hurt?

I hit the side of my head yesterday. It's caused a continuous headache, dizziness, nausea, tiredness and very severe nightmares which left me feeling like the room was spinning. My neck as also been achy since and today I noticed a soft, movable lump about the size of a 5 pence piece. Should I be concerned?

probably u may be suffering from some inner ear problem which is causing a spinning effect. i dont think that movable lump might disturb u but get done a ct head to rule out any fracture is there.u may use tab. vertin 16mg bd for ur spinning effect if nausea is more u may use tab. ondonsetron 4mg(sos)
