Dear sir

Rapid fluctuations in the blood pressure will cause increase and decrease in the blood pressure at a times. It will cause feeling of heaviness in the eyes and light headedness.

It is due to variation in the heart rate and blood pressure.

Secondly You are taking telvas which contains telmisartan and nebilong which contains nebivolol, which will cause slowing of heart rate and decrease in blood pressure.

Thirdly check for blood pressure and heart rate at regular intervals.

Thanks
