What Is The Cause Of Hungry, Burning Of Stomach And Dizziness?

For many years now, symptoms are : hungry then burning of stomach , dizzy , the floor feels as thoug it's made of rubber, I take slippery elm .. It helps after a week or so. But once I have gone too far not eating I am out of actions for days or weeks

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Hungry then burning stomach, dizziness and feels like walking on a rubber floor. Goes on for a week or so and out of actions for days or weeks.
This looks to be related to severe acidity related problems but the rare problems like Gastrinoma and such diseases or disorders have to taken into account.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Contrast enhanced CT Scan of the whole abdomen.
Upper GI Endoscopy and H. pylori tests.
Tests of stool and blood.
Clinical evaluation by a Gastroenterologist.
All these things will lead to a proper diagnosis and give a plan of management.
Till then take a PPI like Omeprazole, Antacids every three hourly, Domperidone as a prokinetic.
Soft bland diet and small frequent meals.
