What Is The Cause Of Itches, Smelly And Becoming Wet Of My Butt?

hello. i notice during the day that my butt (the hole and the lining of the crack) itches and becomes wet and really smelly. It gets wet enough where I have to wipe even when I don't have to evacuate. The smell is unbareable to me. I do have hemorrhoids but is that the cause? I don't put anything down there and am very clean. I also have a burning sensation from time to time as I wipe. Is there anything I can do myself?

Hello.
Most likely you are having fissures now.hello, the most common background cause is constipation. more you strain during motion, more the fissure will be increase and painful.Paasssing very hard stooll erodes the mucosa of anal and rectal canal leading to formation of fissures causing pain and oozing of fluid from them.
Firstly a digital and proctoscopic examination is required to rule out the exact cause of your problem. You need to stop eating junk food, fatty food, spicy food. Eat more fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables, drink plenty of water everyday. You can use warm water in a shallow tub and sit in it twice a day. You can apply Lignocaine gel in the painful area before and after stool for pain relief. Consult a Surgeon at a Hospital who will be able to tell if it needs surgery or not, chronic fissure will need surgery to cure in most cases.

Howeve best suggestion would be initaially meet your surgeon and get a diagnosis. After that treatment can be done easily.
