Hi hina,
May i ask you your daughter's age?? Does the white discharge have any foul smell or it is odourless? From whatever you have mentioned seems like your daughter is having a vaginal infection which can be cured with antibiotics and topical applications. You should visit a doctor immediately and start medication. The thick vaginal discharge that you have mentioned could be because of the infection itself.
Take care.
Hi,Hina,
Welcome to HCM,
it seems that your daughter is suffering from Trichomonas vaginiytis,a fungal infection in vagina.
It is also possible that she might have bacterial infection in vagina.
Go for vaginal swab test and after report go fo the treatment.
Keep local part healthy and clean.
Use sanitary pads.
Ok and bye.
