Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The deep dull pain in the legs that you are feeling can be related to low levels of calcium or vitamin D3. The blue patches on the feet are suggestive of decreased blood circulation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Praveen Tayal, Orthopaedic Surgeon
