What Is The Cause Of Low Blood Glucose Level?

I felt quite dizzy so I checked my pulse and oxygen rate. The oxygen was 90 to 93 but the pulse was 73 to 79. I have low insulin rates so I ate two pieces of candy. I was sitting and either passed out or went to sleep for an hour. Felt somewhat better when I woke up??? Dorothy Gregory
