Hii I took magrim diet pills the first 2 weeks were good it was suppressing my appetite then it affects is getting less and less in 3 rd and 4 th week. Also since I started taking it I have mood swings and feeling irritated and also sleepless most of the nights

I don't mean to alarm you, but, this could be serious. Taper and stop the diet pills. Reduce the dosage to half for three days; then to one-fourth for another three days and then stop the diet pill.

If mood swings, irritation, and sleeplessness continue despite discontinuing the diet pills consult a psychiatrist.
