General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Yes, you are right; it is too early to say regarding pregnancy. Most common causes of nausea are:

1) Acidity
2) Heavy and spicy diet
3) Ulcer
4) Any infection
5) Indigestion
6) Any abdominal disorder and many more

I will suggest you to review here with detailed history or consult with physician. Now, you can take tablet Ondem, and tablet Rantac.

Avoid heavy meals, walking after meal, take soft diet, exercise, yoga, and meditation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale
