Hello doctors, when i was a kid i already have hemorrhoids ,, and now i am 24 years old i have decided to try some medical ointment for hemmorhoids, it s procto glyvenol cream,, after 1 month of applying i feel some discomfort in my hemmorhoids and around it, it is so itchy, i felt this when i was a kid, please help me,, i cant sleep well now because my hemmorhoids hurt and around it going to my balls is so itchy,, please help me,, and thank you,, sorry for my bad grammar,,

Hi

Thanks for posting your query

Hemorrhoids basically can not be cured by ointments and medicines

All those available are for treatment of symptoms

I would suggest you try and control your constipation :
1] Drink adequate Water
2] Take high fiber in the diet
3] Exercise five days a week
4] Add psyllum Husk to your daily routine
5] And if need be add a laxative

For the itching It is better you stop applying the ointment and perform sitz bath twice a day, and take tab cetrizine
