Your symptoms are suggestive of arthritis or a connective tissue disorder. Another possible causes to consider would be fibromyalgia. For this reason, I would recommend consulting with your doctor and performing some blood lab tests:
- complete blood count - blood electrolytes - vitamin D plasma levels for possible deficiency - PCR and sedimentation rate for inflammation. Further tests may be needed based on the above test results. I recommend consulting with a rheumatologist on these issues. Kind regards!
