What Is The Cause Of Pain In Urethra?

I am 27 years old (male) i have pain in my urethra from last two months. i have done urine RE today my test result is RBC= 1-2, Puss cells= 2-4, and caox= 2-3. i didn't fined any stone in my kidney and ureter by doing ultra sounds but i feel pain in ureter too right above the urinary bladder in right side and my X ray show too small spots at on place at that position where i feel pain (X ray show the spots didn't move from last 6 months when i felt pain first time in my ureter)

Hi
If your concern in a urinary stone then the best test will be a CT scan of the kidneys and bladder. If it does not show any stones then we might have to think about other causes of the pain.
