What Is The Cause Of Palpitations, Abdominal Pain And Stiffness In Body With Swollen Lymph Nodes?

i went to the hospital yesterday because of abdominal pain. they took blood, xrays and an ultrasound and said i have swollen lymph nodes. but for the past day ive been getting headaches soreness and stiffness and my heart is pounding. would the doctors have caught a stroke?
