What Is The Cause Of Red Itchy Rash On Body And Arms?

I HAVE HAD A VERY BAD RED, ITCHY RASH ALL OVER MY BODY, WORSE ON ARMS....FOR 3-4 WEEKS NOW. I HAVE BEEN TO 3 DOCTORS. I WAS FIRST DIAGNOSED WITH AN ALLERGIC REACTION, THEN CHICKEN POX, THEN THE LAST DOC SAID ITS NOT CHICKEN POX....BUT HE DIDNT KNOW WHAT IT IS???? HELP

Hi,

The itchy rash all over body may be prurigo simplex. There may be vesiculopapular and crusted lesions which may be severely itchy. There may be some cause. It may be either irritants or allergens. Stress and anxiety might exacerbate the rash. You consult expert dermatologist and have firm diagnosis. I assure you that he will help you. After thorough history taking and examination, and needed investigations, he might treat you in properly. He may give treatment to remove the cause of the disease. Steroids in tappering dose may be given. Antihistaminics like levocetirizine may be given to you till itch is relieved. Mild steroid cream with antibiotics may be applied. You avoid soap bath. And be relaxed and stress free. I feel you might be alright. I hope you got my answer.
