What Is The Cause Of Spreading Red Rash On Body?

I have this weird red rash all over my body and it's spreading to my face. At first it was just small red bumps on my arms, but then it began to spread to my chest and face and ears, I also have a burning sensation from it. Nothing like this has ever happened to me before. I am an 18 year old female.

Hello, welcome to HCM. The rash that u seem to have could be urticaria which basically is some allergic reaction to something you have come in contact with either edible or non edible. You should definitely visit your local physican and get it checked out and start treatment for the same.
