What Is The Cause Of Stomach Ache With Blood In The Motion?

hello doctor,
my hubby had a stomach ache frm yesterday....he took some pills...and today morning he had a bad stomach ache and he passed motion 4 to 5 times....he noticed that blood had started coming in his motion....generally he pass 2 to 3 time motion in a day if he have a little spicy food.....plz help me

I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms could be due to dysentery although it has to be confirmed clinically but it can be managed on tentative basis with Tab Doxycycline and Metronidazole twice in day for five days, it may be self limiting if not the infection and it is due to dyspepsia hope this information helps.
