What Is The Cause Of Stomach Pain On Passing Stools ?

Sir,my son is 4 years old ,there is stomach pain , vomited two or three times in this week, body temp increased ,Dr prescribed albendazole soln, colicure, ofloxacin soln . now body temp is normal vomiting stopped but stomach pain starts particularly when he goes toilet . today he has gone 8 times for toilet.Now what should I do. Hello;
Thanks for your query.
From the sympyoms it is clear that your son is having stomach infection (gastroenteritis).Your doctor has prescribed the necessary antibiotics and in another day he should be fine.Please do not worry just give him ORS and adequate liquid.

Hello Mr. Mishra,

I think the cause lying behind is either some form of Diarrhoea or typhoid. Consult some Pediatrician or Gastroenterologist for the same as early as possible.
Give boiled water to your son. Have a check on dietary items. They should be totally hygienic.
