What Is The Cause Of Stomach Pain?
3 and a half year old woke up 30 minutes into sleep, seemed out of it but was shaking every few seconds, almost appears panting, acted like she didnt know who i was, but is now claiming stomach hurts but doesnt go potty. She was lifting up pajamas and occasionally rubbing her stomach/abdomen area

IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO TELL WITHOUT PHYSICALLY EXAMINING THE PATIENT, the cause of stomach pain.
But you may try Cyclopam syrup thrice daily for temporary relief of pain.
If no relief better take to ER and consult doctor.
