Symptoms you have mentioned may be due to allergic reaction or vulvovaginitis or cellulitis. Among these cellulitis is most probable cause as it is closly related to symptoms and area involved. Immediate treatment should be started with antibiotic like ciprofloxacin/ cefexime, NSAIDs like ibuprofen and antihistamins like Loratidine/ levocetrizine. Maintain a proper hygiene of the area and look out if there is any pus point. Delay may result in abscess which will require surgical drainage.
