What Is The Cause Of Terrible Hand Shaking And The Face Looking Like Fainting?

i,m 60 over weight and latley not feeling well , 2 days ago my heart started pounding hands shaking i felt terrable i had something to drink and eat i felt a bit better later that night.since then there has been times when the colour has gon from my face i look like i,m going to faint and i,v needed to sit down.
