What Is The Cause Of Vaginal Dryness And Frequent, Little Painful Urination ?
I m 20, I ve been sexually active for a little less than a year. I have vaginal dryness , painful intercourse, frequent/sudden urge to urinate and burning urination. I urinate in small amounts which causes me to keep going to the bathroom. Ive been having an occassional discharge which is clear but smells like onions. I just started birth control (desogen) at the end of august, where I was treated for a bacterial infection. I ve been tested for stds, i have none and i ve been looked at by 2 different nurse practicioners, one said I m just overhydrated the other, I need to drink water. Help
sheath underwear are primarily for men so their help in aiding your particular discomfort will not be useful to you. I would like to say that in this situation, you want to drink a heavy amount of water first thing in the morning everymorning when you wake up. Drink at least one full glass, the size of a coke can, aprox. Drink two or three if possible, first thing every morning. When at night when you are done with your day, get another big cup of water like from super size mcdonalds, and put blue berries and squeezed lemon in there for additional flavor, add another lemon and a 1/4 cup sugar. Back to running a nice hot bath. Run the bath, and drink some or half of the water before you get in. Practice heavy breathing. Inhale as much oxygen as you can handle hold it for a second or two, then breathe everything out as far as you can, like you are laughing, use that muscle. Do that a bit and get into the bath. Continue breathing exercises, and think thoughts of how grateful you are for your health family friends and the hope for a better future because you are as deserving as anyone else on the planet. Stretch your muscles once the water has released some of the tension in your muscles. Repeat as often as necessary, but during the first week or so, I would try to repeat this every day.
