Hello 14 year old female who just woke up with slightly sweaty and nauseas feeling. Dizzy. Disoriented. So I leaned over the garbage can and threw up. The vomit was quite thick and brown and sour tasting. I was wondering if this should concern me or if its just the stonmach flu
