What Is The Cause Of Yellow Brownish Water From The Back Passage And An Upset Stomach?
I have had for the last 2 hoursbeen passing lots of yellow/brownish water from my back passage , i have a upset stomach but have IBS and take Lanomprezole tablets due to removel of Gallbladder but took senna tablets last night to help me go as very bloated

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms of passing yellow/brownish discharge could be due to infection if the symptoms are mild then better to wait for some time because it could be self limiting and if this continue then it may needs antibiotic and I would suggest to try Tab Ofloxacine 400 mg twice in day for three days hope this information helps.
