Lymph node TB is a known entity. First confirm the TB by ESR, Mauntox test, fine needle aspiration cytology or lymph node biopsy.or Elisa for tuberculosis .Lymph node TB is not communicable to other members of family. Biopsy is the best to confirm the diagnosis.
