What Is The Constant Dull Pain In My Upper Chest?

I'm a 39 year old male who's quite healthy overall. I jog, ride my bike, and workout at the gym. I don't smoke. For the last week or so I've had a mild, dull feeling in my upper-left chest, and it's scaring me a little. There's no other symptoms. I can still go and workout, etc. It started the day after I had a few alcoholic drinks, but hasn't gone away. I drink socially about twice a week. I don't think it's a strain from the gym since it had been about four days since my last workout. I have recently been using a lot of hot sauce on my foods, but it really doesn't seem like it's a digestive system problem. Also, there are no significant hereditary health issues in the family. Your thoughts?
