What Is The Cure For Bruised And Swollen Head, Unconciousness, Loss Of Memory, Nausea After Fell Down?
Fell down stairs landed on right side of head 2 days ago...unconcious, loss of memory, nausea.....now excruciating sjarp pains in head when imove or stand and look at light....off balance as well....head is very swollen and bruised feeling..I have no money to pay for answer

First thing Go for CT or MRI head to rule out intracranial injury. It may be serious if not diagnosised and treated All symptoms points to internal head injuries
in adaddition you have soft tissue injuries around head area
please consult a neurosurgeon that I would advice such a patient coming to me
