What Is The Cure For Constipation For A Longer Period?

in the last month i have only pooped 3 times and little ones if that. I have the chills and fever now. My ribs feel like they are going to break apart. I know people so no way its immpossible. I have taken a bottle of castor oil , mineral oil, suppositories and an inama in the last 7 days and still havent went.

This much intensity of constipation warrants definite evaluation to find out the cause. I strongly recommend colonoscopy if not done.

Certain guidelines to get help to some extent:
• Consume plenty of liquids round the day
• Diet rich in high fiber, green leafy vegetables, whole grains, legumes, pulses, fresh curd
• Avoid more oily, spicy, non-vegetarian stuffs, and junk foods
• Remain ambulatory regular walking in fresh air, exercises, and yoga help
• Avoid sleeping at least up to 2 hours after meals
• Avoid prolong fasting and overeating
• Avoid smoking, alcohol, any abuse substances, if any
• Have regular sound sleep of 7 to 8 hours
