What Is The Cure For Constipation?

I am currently taking subutex (Buprenorphine) and I am so constipated when I have to go. It burns and feels like its tearing my anus. I m scared to go because the pain is so much. Any recomendations to help relieve this constipation so I can pass stool pain free today.

Hi...take syp lactulose 15-20 ml in the night before going to bed...it will soften the stools...try not to avoid going to the loo as the longer it dtays inside the harder it will become...
