What Is The Cure For Developmental Coordination Disorder When Suffering From Cerebral Palsy Diplegia?

I have a 6 year old boy who was diagnosed with mild cerebral palsy diplegia at age 4 1/2 I wanted a second opinion and was told he has developmental cooradination disorder. He struggles in school. He has fine and gross motor delays. I wanted to know from a mothers point of view what the difference is. and how can I find out what is truly wrong with him

I can understand your concern.
His problems could be because of damage to brain. Cerebral palsy occurs because of several causes. Various causes include birth asphyxia ( not crying immediately after birth), sepsis (infection), neonatal jaundice etc. Brain damage results in such problems.
