What Is The Cure For Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache And Slight Fever For A 7 Year Old Kid?

My 7 year old son started having watery stool in the morning, fallowed by vomiting, headache and a slight fever, my question is what can I do, and how long dose this last?
I am giving him pedia light , in sipping doses every 20 to 40 mins.
I also gave him children's Ibp for his pain and slight fever..

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Acute gastroentertis is mostly viral in nature and settles in few days.
Continue with oral rehydration solution sip by sip after each loose stool.
Give lemonade,curd,rice porridge,boiled potato,banana.
Give acetaminophen if fever is above 100F.
In case sympyoms persist get him evaluated by pediatrician.
