I wasn t seeing my period for about 3/4 months I went to the doctor and did ultra sound everything was fine with me no issues I was given tablets that brought down my period now again I m missing my period been almost 2 months i tried ginger and black pepper yet nothing my belly keeps aching like my period want to come but it s not

Irregular periods may result from some causes such as low or high body weight, exercising too much, low-carb diets, thyroid hormone dysfunctions, medications etc. Practicing yoga, regular exercise, maintaining a healthy weight, taking cinnamon, pineapple, apple cider vinegar, some multi-vitamins along with ginger and pepper may help to bring back your regular menstrual periods naturally. Medroxyprogesteron can be used to treat irregular menstrual periods.
