Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello, i van understand your condition. My opinion is that due to injury to your arm, blood has accumulated and feels like a lump to you. My advice to you will be to start a antibiotic and pain killer. Also apply a local ointment at your arm. Avoid doing heavy work from that side. I hope bump will be gone in two week time.
