What Is The Cure For Recurring Fever Of A 1.5 Year Old Child?

Hi Doctor,
My kid is a boy, 1.5 year old .
he is suffering from fever from 18th of this month..
i have visited doctor and doctor said, its a viral fever. and will be there for 7 days..is it true? ( i m not doubting my Doc, but just to satisfy my doubt)
Doc suggested mefanorm, whenever we give mefanorm, my child wil be in good condition for almost 3-4 hrs but again fever comes...

I m not getting what is to do ...Pls help me ...

I really understand your worry, but this is true that viral infection takes minimum 7 days to come around, and may be increased if the child is weak immunologically, the antipyretic can only be given if the temperature goes beyond 100 degree F, no need to worry the child will get well soon have nice day.
