Hello I have a oder which is a sweet smell coming from by body. Also I have had what I thought was bad dandruff but ends up sxaps in my.scalp and they also smell the same sweet oder. My skin, my sweat, even fingernails when I cut them and dead skin has this oder. Its very strong. My bedroom is over ran with this smell too. I notice it in bowel and gas too...i am so concerned as my wife and daughter have some of theae symptoms too. My daughter is getting the scalp scabs and my wife has the oder in her bowels and gas. Please tell us what this is and what to do...
