What Is The Cure For Severe Pain In Limbs?

i am 16 years old...i have severe pain in my limbs.... i am not able to write for a long time .my hands bcme numb.. a physiotherapist said that it may be due to less haemoglobin count...still i have not taken any blood test...could anemia be the reason???but i am having a very tough time..pls tell me the solution..

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having lack of nutritional food.
There might be having B.complex, iron deficiency as well.
Having lack of exercise or physical activity might have role.
Go for high protein nourishing food.
Avoid junk food.
Take iron, B.complex supplements.
Use plenty of green veggies and fresh fruits.
Take plenty of water.
Go for regular exercise daily.
Ok and take care.
