Hi, From history it seems that you might be having lack of nutritional food. There might be having B.complex, iron deficiency as well. Having lack of exercise or physical activity might have role. Go for high protein nourishing food. Avoid junk food. Take iron, B.complex supplements. Use plenty of green veggies and fresh fruits. Take plenty of water. Go for regular exercise daily. Ok and take care.
