Hi: i m 43 year lady i have a pain in rotatory cuff in my right hand when i rotate my hand it give full pain in my shoulder .some days ago i got the arthritis now i suffer sever pain my hand due to fall down by current shock ni i ask u how to cure may pain and hand please give me the answer
