What Is The Cure For Stomach Cramps , Vomiting And Diarrhea In A 5 Year Old?

I have a 5 year old son who started vomiting and diarrhea Wednesday night with high temps, vomiting stopped after 24hours as did temps, he now just has diarrhea every time he eats with bad stomach cramps, other then that eating and drinking and playing normally, he has though has a high pain tolerance,

Hai....if he's active even with diarrhea... He's not dehydrated. He requires only oral rehydration solution & zinc supplements. Stomach cramps arecommon in this condition & if blood is there in motion please consult your dr.
