What Is The Cure For Stomach Spasm Pain?

I have been having best I can describe as stomach spasm pain. Takes my breathe away so bad. I can move around a little to stretch in different directions and that usually helps then stay still for a while and it goes away. sometimes have them in side and going up to shoulder blade. What is going on? I'm 71 and had colonosphy within last 1 1/2 years.
