What Is The Cure For Swelling In Eyes After Getting Hit?

My son was running around yesterday with a blanket in his head and he trip on one of his toys and hit the bed on his top right handed cheek bone and he made his cheekbone get a little cut, so I melted him up for two hours then let him sleep but was checking on him all night and then in the morning he woke up with a swollen eye. What can I do?

Hello. Thank you for your question. This is a common occurrence in many homes. Right now time is the only thing that can help. The swelling may not look nice but it will go down in time. Give it a few days and you will see it happen. In the meantime, he can proceed with all of his normal activities without worry.
