What Is The Cure For The Sprained Ankles With Numbness In Toes?

I sprained both my ankles 2days ago and the left is worse been RICE ing them but when I elevate the left toes tingle and get numb, never had this happen before cold yes but numb? is this something to worry about? Also the left leg has a burning type pain going up back of calf at times from ankle and midway up calf

In my opinion you have an L5/S1 disc or spondylitis
I recommend an MRI to confirm
also use anti inflammatory
