Hi, thank you for posting.

I have gone through your query and I understand your concerns.

Your symptoms are related to stomach hemorrhage.
You should avoid coffee, milk, alcoholic drinks, spicy and fried foods from your diet in order to avoid hemorrhage.

You need the following tests to determine the diagnosis:
1. Fibrogastroendoscopy.
2. Abdominal ultrasound.
3. Liver function test.
4. Complete blood count.
5. Urine test.

The results of these tests will determine the diagnosis and treatment.

Consult your gastroenterologist.

I hope this information is helpful.

I wish you fast and healthy recovery.
Dr. Behar.
