What Is The Diagnosis For The Nagging Pain In The Left Chest?

i have been having some upper left chest discomfort/nagging pain i have had it for about 3 weeks i went to the doctor today for the second time and by just listening to me tell them my symptoms said i have cockeligis. im not a doctor but i have a hard time believing this because i have bad anxiety. and hope that its not something else. how can i be sure its what i got

did u mean that the doctor said costochondritis.
if it is so then it means u have inflammation of the costal cartilage that connects the ribs.
in that case it is nothing to be worried about. just some NSAIDs and physiotherapy - ultrasound and IFT should make u better.
but if h r not clear with what the doc told u. go up and meet with another doctor.
the most important criteria as far as chest pain goes - one should rule out the possibility of Heart disease then look into other possible causes
