What Is The Diet I Should Follow To Lose Weight, Having Allergy To Certain Foods?
my prom Hi I'm SaKeena I'm 18 and I'm a senior in highschool. I'm considered obese I weigh 262 lbs. I have been large all my life and sense it is my senior I want to know what can I possibly do to lose 60lbs?? By the way I found out that I'm allergic to a lot of foods that I eat everyday could that be apart of my weight gain?
Hi sakeena, Allergy to foods generally doesn't cause weight gain. It can cause various reactions in your body from rashes to indigestion. You didn't say what allergic reaction you developed to what foods. You can definitely loose weight by following a healthy lifestyle which include exercise and taking limited healthy food. Don't go for drastic weight loss by diets as it can regain your weight when you resume to normal diet/lifestyle. Avoid fatty foods, and too much carbohydrate diet in a day. Make a calorie count for what ever you take. Hope this helps. Thank you.
