What Is The Diet For Gallstones And Acid Reflux Symptoms?

I had an acute abdominal pain and was rushed to a hospital. I was diagnosed with goal stone pancreatitis. What is the diet to avoid another attack. I now it should be no fat, but I need more specific answer. One thing is not good for stones, another for acid, as I have acid reflux as well. I am waiting for MRI scan which is in 2 weeks time and I am afraid to get another attack. Thank you

Hi and welcome to HCM.
First you need to avoid overeating. Eat smaller meals but more often. You should avoid alcohol, coffee, smoking, fats and fast food, carbonated drinks and eat more milk and milk products, fruit and vegetables, boiled food and natural beverages and teas. You can take nuts, potato, boiled meat, milk products, fish. 1 hour after meal you should not sit or lay. Also lay with elevated upper body. If you are overweight you should do often exercise.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help
