If you are in active stage of hepetitis..you should take more simple fresh diet.
Liquid diet like fruit juice,vegetable salads and soup.Dont take oily food.
take hepato protactive drugs.
If you want your regular diet plan than first go to calory calculater on same site and plan according to your working pattern.
