What Is The Diet Recommended For A 2.4 Year Old Child?

hello doctor, I have daughter of 2years and 4 months old, having weight of 10.3kgs she is eating pureed food till now. her daily schedule is at earli morning cup of milk for breakfast 1 roti with milk, for lunch dal rice or veg pulao, at evening again milk and roti for dinner dal rice, veg pulao, egg, eating fish, meat also. she is now going to playschool also. please suggest diet chart for her.

hi,thank you for the consultation.you are giving good food to your baby but you need some modifications as your baby's weight is not correct for her age.you add bread or fruits or chapati with milk in breakfast.lunch and dinner what you are giving is proper.along with that try to give juices or fruits too whenever suits your baby.add more and more green veg and protinaceous food to her diet.rest everything fine.
