Dear Ma'am, Hi & welcome.
There's no difference between the two medications. Prenatal multivitamins are used to provide the additional vitamins needed during pregnancy.

1. G12 (Prenatal plus Prenatal Vitamin with Iron Fumarate) is an
Elliptical/Oval shaped tablet and it contains Multi-vitamins (Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D-3, Vitamin E, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folic Acid, Vitamin B12) and minerals (Calcium, Iron (Ferrous Fumarate), Zinc, Copper, Butylated Hydroxytoluene, Croscarmellose sodium, Dicalcium phosphate Dihydrate and DL-alpha-tocopherol).

2. V258 is also a Preplus prenatal multivitamin with iron and folic acid.

Both the composition contains same composition of Iron 27 mg and Folic acid 1 mg, which is very essential to be supplemented during pregnancy.

Both compositions provide the essential vitamins & minerals supplementation, indicated to be taken throughout pregnancy and also during the post natal period.
You may please continue to take it.
