What Is The Difference Between Livogen-XT And Livogen-Z?

Sir, I am taking Livogen-XT and I was faced some problems. Giddiness,Headacke,vomtings, lite stomatch pain.Livogen-Z was suitable to me I have used livogen-Z last year it is OK. Know I am Anmia my doctor suggested Livogen-XT. My question is what is difference between this Livogen-Z and Livogen-XT ? Why I am facing problem?
